Dearly Beloved,
Grace and Peace to you.
(Luke 1.76-79)
You, child of God, will be transparent to divine presence.
You will open doors for people into the Holy.
You will awaken people to the embrace of the Beloved,
enfolding them in forgiveness.
By God’s tender mercy
heaven will dawn on us,
giving light to those who live in darkness
and in the shadow of death,
guiding our hands and feet
in the way of peace.
